In this tasting we take a closer look at particular wine regions and taste wines from the very top of the quality scale.
We go into the history, the rules, the soil and the natural conditions of each region, so that the wines make more sense in the glass.
We talk about how all of that shapes the flavour and the character of the wines.
If you have a particular region, style of wine or country in mind, we build the tasting around it.
The number of wines can vary to suit what you would like, but 4-6 wines is the usual number for this experience.
