Ordering and payment

An order in this shop is a request to buy. We confirm it by sending you a Teya payment link, by email or text, to the details you gave us.

The purchase is complete once the payment has been received. The link is valid for 3 days; if it is not paid, the order lapses and you are welcome to order again.

Prices

All prices are in Icelandic krónur and include 24% VAT. Shipping is shown in the basket before you send the order.

Delivery

You choose whether to collect the glasses or have them sent. We contact you to arrange collection, and shipments go out once payment has been received.

Right to return

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Email us at vinvisar@vinvisar.is.

Return the goods unused and in their original packaging. You pay the return shipping unless the goods are faulty. We refund within 14 days of your notice.

Damaged or faulty goods

Glass is fragile. If a parcel arrives broken or the goods are faulty, send us a photo within 7 days of receiving it and we will replace them or refund you.

Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number and address to fulfil the order, and keep them in our email. We use Resend to send email and Netlify to host the site. We never sell your details.

If you join the mailing list we keep your address until you unsubscribe, which every message lets you do. You may ask for a copy of your details or for them to be deleted — just write to us.

Law and disputes

Icelandic law applies to the purchase. If we cannot settle a disagreement, you may refer it to the Icelandic consumer complaints board (kærunefnd vöru- og þjónustukaupa).
